Dry skin on heels

I have and extreme amount of dry skin on my heels. I had a fungal infection a year ago I have put Mentax as well as other creams to stop the infection. However, I continue to still have a lot of dry skin on the heels I shave them at least once a week to keep them from hurting I also developed a darken skin color on my heels as well. can you help?
