pain in big toe joint

Hi,

I had bunnion surgery 3/26/02, and went to work right after, and walked on it, when I was supposed to be off for 30 days. My doctor thought it was the screw that was placed in there so I had a screw removal, on 10/31/02. To this date I have so much pain in my joint that I have to get cortizone shots, and take vicadan. My joint is bigger than my other one on my right foot, and it is always inflammed. I can barely move it, and It is swollen. Please help, and give me some advice as soon as possible.
