What is the tratment after the surgery?

HI, I was looking for the medic center of this, UAU it's so expensive but if I have to pay that to be heal it's ok. I know the doctor have to get out the toenail in some cases the complete toenail and other cases only a half. I want to know how long a will can't to walk because I'm a student so it's so important to me. And what the people think about this curing, is fear this? excuse my english, but I just speak a little bit. Thanks for your time.
