Comments:: : i had mortons neuroma surgery on feb 11. almost 2 wks later i still have swelling and discomfort. i am very frustrated as my dr. said i should be walking a few days after surgery. i am not able to put much pressure at all on my foot so i am not able to walk. i have trouble sleeping because of the discomfort. i was given several pain medications which either make me sick or zonk me out. i have also been given severl different anti-inflamatory meds that have not seemed to work. i you have any suggestions please help! thank you!! : It is not unusual that your foot will still hurt after only two weeks post surgery. Especially if you are trying to walk all day on it. Some walking would be OK but your foot will tell you when you have done too much. : Talk to your doctor about something for the nausea and use your pain pills as needed. If they are too strong, maybe Tylenol would be strong enough. : Good luck, : Misti
