Comments:: Hi, I am breaking in a pair of hiking boots. The salesperson fitted them with an insert to give me a better fit/support for my arch. : Once I take the boots off (after several hours of wearing them) and walk around barefoot, I notice soreness on the bottom of my feet where the insert was giving me arch support. : Is this just my foot getting used to the inserts, or am I exposing my feet to a bunch of future problems?
