Posterior Tibial Tendonitis

I have pain on the inside of my left arch. I went to a physicial therapist who diagnosed it as Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. I am getting orthotics for my shoes, but I wanted to know if there is any other treatment available. It has really curbed my ability to walk for long periods.
