Plantar fascitis - I can't get inserts in the UK

Just wondering if you had any contact details for the bluespot inserts in the UK - I am trying to get hold of them for my condition, having been recommended them by a physiotherapist, but I'm not having any luck.. (I have been diagnosed by a podiatrist)
