I hurt my foot while playing soccer 6 days ago, as it is still very sore 2 touch & slightly swollen. I can walk and run almost normally , but there is still slight pain. I am wondering if there is anything I can take to take away the pain so I can play this weekend? If there is anything I should be doing to speed recovery could you please inform me. But I am mainly iterested in finding somthing to reduce pain in my foot. Any information would be very helpful Thankyou |
