: My toenail is infected, red swollen. The area below the nail is swollen and reddish and i have had some infection come out after soaking my foot in epson salts. I hate surgery what should I do? I have had i only for a little while but i cant have local for them to take it out so i need a home remedy. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Your expertise is greatly appreciated.
