Haglund's deformity - "pump bump"

I have what I believe to be Haglund's deformity. No pain involved just an ugly RED bump on the back of my foot. Is there anything I can use to make the redness go away - a "bleaching" cream possibly?? It stays red all the time even if I don't wear shoes all day. Thank you.
