Tailor's bunion

I had surgery for a tailor's bunion last year after 6months I developed a "Bump" on my foot that really hurt. When I went to the podiatrist he said that it was the bone pointing upward and could be fixed by "filing" it down. The podiatrist who did the surgewry has moved. He never said anything to me about the psossibilty of this happening. It really hurts! The bunion was , however, cured.
