If you are having this trouble whay haven't you called Dr. Hottie and seen him sooner?
I can't tell from what you have posted if this is related to the surgeries or not. You did not mention how long this has been going on, nor did you mention any swelling and other symptoms we look for wjhen we examine a patient. Sorry, I would need to see your foot to give a suggestion.
