Numbness in Toes

On Feburary 7th 2003 i was hit by a car and broke my Tibia and Fibula. Ever since then i have had numbness in 2 of my toes and havent regained feling in them yet. I can feel pain if theyre stepped on and i can feel when theyre touching textures and also hot and cold but when i touch my 2 toes with my finger theyre very numb. Do you know what my problem is?
