i am mid forties. excellent shape. workout weights six days a week, run 3 miles outside 4 days, karatie 3 days a week. about five months ago i was sparring and kicked a guy with a wheel kick. top of foot pad slipped and top of foot hit his elbow..causing some pain on top of foot behind big and second toe. next day pain was worse but subsided. immediately my big and second toe were numb...and bottom of foot was also numb. they have remained this way for five months. any ideas of what to do? if doc...what kind of specialist?
