tingling in the top half of my feet

Just recently I've started experiencing tingling in the upper parts of my feet and also swelling in my legs. I don't know if this is because of the foot problem or not. I notice that there is also a tenderness that's there also.

I was taking fish oil pills just a month ago, before this i didn't have this problem.
