Ran first marathon in April. Had x-rays to determine I had broken sesemoid bone on left foot. Saw podiatrist who said my left foot is 1cm longer than right. He put lift in right foot.
The question is I want to start training for NY marathon. What is out there that I could use as an insert that will not cause blisters, noting that I will already have a lift in my right shoe.
