Shoes on incorrect feet

My daycare provider stresses the independance for the child. This includes learning to put on their own shoes and socks from the time they learn to walk on their own. My concern is all too often I see children in the center wearing their shoes on the wrong feet. What, if any, damage could this be causing my childs feet?

Indications: Achilles tendonitis, Acute Achilles paratendonitis, Achillobursitis, Post-operative treatment after Achilles tendon ruptures, Posterior Achilles tendon bursitis.
