My pinky (or 5th toe) has been giving me a lot of problems within the past 6 years. I was just wanting to know what is causing this and how to fix it. If sitting for a long period of time with my feet folded underneath me, I will stretch my legs out and it feels as if a joint crosses over on top of another one and my pinky toe feels like it's stuck and folds under the 4th toe. It's really weird. And it's gotten to the point to where I can't wiggle my toes around without my toe feeling like it's stuck. And I can litterally feel a joint or a muscle of some sort moving on top of another one. This has been a mystery to me for so many years and it's driving me crazy! Without even thinking, I'll just move my toe or foot the wrong way and it freaks. I looked at my feet this morning and I noticed that my pinky toe on my left foot is curved a little bit more towards the 4th toe than on my right foot. And my right foot is just fine, it's my left foot that's the problem. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. It's very uncomfortable and I panic everytime it happens because sometimes I can't wiggle my toe out of place. Thank you so much for reading this.
