Over the past 10 years I have sprained both my left and right ankles 4-5 times. I have had physiotherapy to strengthen the ligaments and improve my balance. Every time I return back to football I end up twisting the ankle even though I where ankle supports(elastic loop cloth material). For the past 2 years, every week I have been playing badminton, swimming and walking to strengthen the ankles. I want to start playing football again but am worried I will twist one of them again. Question – is there an ankle brace that does a good job preventing the ankle from twisting? Does anyone have any recommendation, ideas or products that will help me? Thanks |
