Quick question. I had surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago - Kidner Procedure, tendon transfer and calcaneal osteotomy. I have been non-wieght-bearing since then. However, I have been in a boot for 2 weeks now and like to take it off when Im not moving around. Well, today, I accidently knocked my foot a little, pinkie toe toward the ground and felt a pain at the arch/instep where the tendon transfer was and acessory navicular used to be. Since then, I feel a little sharp pain every now and then, but nothing constant and it doesn't appear to be much more swollen than usual (maybe a little). Is it possible I did some damage by having my foot move that way too soon? I'm only allowed to point and flex at this point, and not do any side to side or rotation. Should I be worried?
