: My feet have a tendency to fall asleep while I'm exercising...This can be while I'm walking briskly to get my heartrate up, running, or riding a stationary bike at the gym. This is also accompianied w/a burning sensation. I've changed my shoes and even tried some OTC inserts. This has not helped and I usually have to stop the exercise 10-15 min afterwards especially when I'm doing the moderate level exercise. Is there something I can do to alleviate this problem? : Thanks
