heel bumps

Is it possible for my heel bumps( I guess they are Haglunds) to get larger? They are on both heels on the outside of the heel. They don't hurt except occasionally and are always red. Thanks

Malleoloc for lateral ankle instability. Designed to prevent inversion and eversion. Malleoloc does not restrict plantar and dorsiflexion. Excellent for sports use.
