Neuropraxia is an injury to a nerve, usually it recovers in time. A tailor's bunion is an enlargement or positional deformity of the 5th metatarsal.

Sometimes there can be a nerve entrapment or neuroma in that area. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
