ViscoSpot heel pads

On May 26, I purchased a pair of ViscoSpot Silicone heel cups from Footcarestore.com. I was quite pleased with the product until the silicone spot burst open inside my shoe. Please advise of your return policy as this was quite an expensive pair of heel cups. I paid $46.99 for them.
