i am a 44 year old female with sle twisted foot aug 2001 sustained jones fracture which was aced, two weeks later casted as fx had spread, jan 2202 bone stimulator, march 2002 pin placed, sept 2002 pin replaced with graft, now md wants to replace with smaller ppin or plate as the fx is still nonunion and bone is moving and crunching, this will be followed by 6 weeks nwb cast and approx6 weeks short cast is this normal. itis very frustating
