Ankle navicular fracture

My left foot was crushed by a Harley motorcycle 7 months ago. Just found out by MRI and bone scan that the navicular bone is fractured. The deltoid ligament is still sprained as well. I continue to have swelling, pain and difficulty walking. Is this treated after all this time and what is the usual treatment if it is?
