Re: itchy right heel

Hi,
It seems to me that there are quite a few of us that have this itchy heel thing. Mine comes and goes throughout the year...I find usually worse in the winter months. Usually late evening it starts. Walking helps to ease it. Seems that when my feet are hot, the itchiness is worse. My feet are totally fine looking...no rashes, bumps, growths etc. I have my pedicures and love my feet (specially with pink polish!) and there is really nothing "odd" going on down there. I have also been to a foot doctor who had no answers.
Interesting that my husband and Father both have the same itchiness at times (at night as well).
I have done a little research (I'm sure there are many ideas on the topic) and one possibility may be due to toxins in the body not being released. The feet are a large area of elimination and toxin buildup. Letting the feet "air out" as much as possible could help.
I have had liver problems....so there could be a connection there too somehow.
I will keep searching....and if anyone else comes up with an answer and /or solution, please help! Thanks!
