These injections are done by a few doctors. They would not be typically covered by health insurance (although you might check)
I do not do these injections because the foot is weight bearing and the substance will get dissapated in a short period of time. I also would not recommend them personally.

You need to see a podiatrist for further evaluation and recommendations
