The bottom of my big toe on both feet has always been calloused. I assume this has something to do with my bunions. It has never been a problem until tonight. My feet got cold and my big toe started to hurt at the site of the callus. I hits most on the outside edge of the big toe near the joint. Any idea what may be causing this and how to alleviate the pain?
