Swollen 2nd Toe

I broke the second toe on my right for years ago and recently it has been tender and almost feels sprained. Last night it started to get very hard, and hot, and swollen and itchy. The pain persists this morning. The pinky toe is starting to itch and the second toe on my left foot is starting too. The itch started on the top of the second toe on both feel right in the crease of the top knuckle. The right second toe is so swollen that there is no knuckle creases in the skin left. Please help!!!
