Do you wear them all the time or some times? You might try icing using a frozen water bottle and rolling it under your arch for 10 minutes 3 times a day. When you are done just refreeze it. Very effective and inexpensive. I would either do a diagnostic ultrasound or MRI on your foot to see the extent of the problem.
