Tingling Toes

Hi-
During the past few days, I have had a tingling sensation in my right toes and in a small area just to the left of my right shoulder blade. Is this possibly a pinched nerve? There is no pain, just tingling. Thanks!

Indications: Achilles tendonitis, Acute Achilles paratendonitis, Achillobursitis, Post-operative treatment after Achilles tendon ruptures, Posterior Achilles tendon bursitis.
