After I read your 1st post I thought it was unusual to have that response based on the injection in the sinus tarsi. Your 2nd post clarified the location though. It is not unheard of to have an entrapment of Baxter's nerve from a tight plantar fascia. Your podiatrist is trying to isolate the problem. I suggest you continue
