Blisters

Hi,

I get blisters from about all of my dress shoes. I have really sensitive skin. I have one pair of completely clear open toe strappy shoes and was wondering if you know of anything I could either attach to the shoe or to my skin that would be clear and unnoticeable and prevent rubbing/blisters.
