itch and swell

Hi,
I sometimes get an itch on any part of my body and then it swells. especially when i carry heavy things my hands itch and then swell or if i get up early morning and then sit on comode i get a itch on the place where i came in contact with. sometimes my lips swell.this has been very constantly happening.i deleivered my baby last yr july.so is it because of this. kindly let me know whom i should see.
