I have a painful, pea-sized, non-fixed lump on the ball of my right foot. It hurts to walk on it, but not to touch it, really. I have been using callous pads (the kind with the little hole in them) but after some months they still aren't helping much, and it isn't going away. I have severe problems with that foot anyway, and ambulatory dysfunction. I had an accident 10 years ago and had 100% right ankle reconstruction; I also have degenerative disc disease, sciatica, spinal arthritis, and I walk with a cane. What is this thing? I have an appointment to see a doctor but not till next month, and I am curious about it.
