Dear Dr - About a year ago I purchased a solid foot orthodic from the Good Feet Store as they showed my foot to be lacking the proper arch. I symtoms were toes that felt broken and the ball of my foot felt smashed. The worked well for a year or so until one day my left heel began experiencing severe pain. Upon rubbing my foot the pain was located in the inner front of the heel, just below the arch. My foot looks like I have a good arch but I continue in pain. Can you give me any guidance, i.e. excercize or another orthodic. Thanks - Judy
