L420 Sports Orthotics wearing away in arch

My 9 year old son plays basketball 5 days a week and has worn the top part of the arch of his orthotic in a few weeks, the blue has rolled away from the red rubber, , this is the 2nd pair of orthotics we have purchased in a few months!!
His pysiology must be such that he is wearing away the inner arch portion of the orthotic! What can we do?
