burning pains feet and arms and shoulder pains

I started having burning feet about a year ago. It slowly has worked its way up my body so that I now have burning arms and shoulder blades, as well as more painful feet. It happens on both sides of body. It started after being on a statin drug, but no dr. so far as agreed with that and no one has come up with a diagnosis from lab work.

Recently, I was referred to a podiatrist, who found a fibroma on one foot and a nueroma on the other.

Is there a condition that would cause these on feet, yet other nerve problems further up.
