peroneal tendon??

I have pain just above and to the back of my ankle bone ( On the outside), only when going downstairs though. COuld this possible be related to my achilles tendonitis or is this an entirely different thing all together. I think it may be the peroneal tendon or in some sort of ligament located in that area.
