Capsulitis

My podiatrist says I have capsulitis. I've had this condition for a couple of years. He's tried custom orthodics (all types) to no help. I think I'm beginning to lose my mind. I'm tired of this. What else can I do? There is pain and burning right below the 2nd met head. My podiatrist says there is inflamation too. A bone scan was negative.

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
