Without examining you, I can't say for sure. I have seen many patients who have low back pain that refers to the foot. The heel is innervated by L5 and S1. There are of course many other possibilities, such as heel spur, plantar fasciitis, tarsal tunnel, heel neuroma, to name a few possibilities.
Have you seen a podiatrist or chiropractor yet?
