After one injection of the alcohol (sclerosing), I am really scared to continue. I'm also very scared to even consider surgery. I am hearing too many horror stories. I found, by doubling my neurontin, my foot pain is much reduced. I'm just wondering if I should live with the discomfort and continue on the neurontin. Sclerosing and surgery may or may not work...and then there is no turning back. And....and.....just if, they were wrong and it truly is peripheral neuropathy....I have then really wrecked my feet. This is so crappy. There really isn't any guidance. I've seen three podiatrists. They all feel it is Morton's Neuroma. But...the ankle reflex does show limited response, even though my punch biopsy was normal, and all my blood tests. And...my pain is just on the bottom of my feet and localized. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg!
