It isn't terrible and it hasn't prevented me from running. I have used Dr. Scholl's inserts with some success, although it hasn't cured it (by any means). I've had symptoms since August 2004. Is this something I should visit a doctor for or should I attempt more aggressive self-treatment (i.e. motrin, ice, rest, stretching, night splints, etc)? I can live with it now, but I am worried about it getting worse and possibly ending my amateur running career. Thanks
