Morning Foot Pain

Lately when waking up in the morning I am feeling a pain in my left foot. The pain is centralized on the inside of my left foot at the base of the big toe. Eventually during the day, the pain subsides.

I have no circulation problems and my big toes shows no curvature or deviation. ANy ideas?
