The bone that sticks out on the inside of my foot under the big toe is swollen, and keeps getting bigger. It hurts too (especially when I walk for a long time), but not unbearable. I ice it but it doesn't help. I got x-rays done but they said nothing was wrong with the bone and they just said there's some swelling there. That didn't help. I have Lupus so they said it might be arthritis, but it sure doesn't feel like arthritis and I know what that feels like. So what is wrong with my foot??

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
