TARSEL TUNNEL

I have been told I have tarsel tunnel in both feet. Are there any alternatives to surgrey? My Podiatrist recommends surgery but I would like to try anything else because I cannot affort to loose that much time off of work but the pain is so bad. Any help is appreciated.

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
