Without seeing or examining your foot I can not be specific.

My recommendation is to have this looked at. An x-ray or further testing may be indicated. Until you know more, you should probably use crutches and keep off the foot.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
