my mom has neurothapy surver pain and swelling

My mother has been diagnost with small fiber neurothopy, we are searching for what it is and what can be done with the pain and swelling of the leg, ankle and foot. This condition has make my mother not able to work because her job is on her feet on concert floors 8-10 hours daily. Can you help us?
