foot pain

I have developed severe pain under my toes of the right foot.I have bought good shoes and wear insoles.I work only part time at retail and sit at a computor all day.walking is painfull.Can you help me?

Indications: Achilles tendonitis, Acute Achilles paratendonitis, Achillobursitis, Post-operative treatment after Achilles tendon ruptures, Posterior Achilles tendon bursitis.
